What can you say about Orphan X? A kind of Jack Reacher, slightly detatched from the real world and with a hidden background. And very, very good. Entertaining and absorbing.
Again, these are the covers for the editions I have read. They have been ‘refreshed’ later on, with the design applied retrospectively, as publishers are wont to do. It doesn’t make my collection any the less of a mess, though. Why they can’t get a style sorted from the start, I don’t know. I>rritating if you’re collecting/reading them as they come out.
